We do not offer services to individuals or entities located in countries or regions subject to trade sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions imposed by the United States government, including but not limited to regions designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a restricted region. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if we determine that a customer is located in a restricted area.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

If your withdrawal is accepted, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
8. Complaints & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: replacement of the product, store credit, or a full refund.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
